About Jamia Foster Esq.

Attorney Jamia Foster is the dedicated owner and managing attorney of Jamia D. Foster LLC, deeply rooted in South Carolina. Her educational journey began in Spartanburg School District 7 before earning her Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from South Carolina State University. She furthered her studies, earning her Juris Doctorate from the Charleston School of Law.

Commencing her legal career under the mentorship of the late Albert V. Smith Esq., Ms. Foster embarked on her own venture in October 2017, establishing Jamia D. Foster, LLC. While her firm handles a broad spectrum of legal matters, ranging from Criminal law to Civil Litigation, Ms. Foster’s passion lies in Family Law, driven by her desire to advocate for children. She actively serves as a Guardian Ad Litem and contracts with the CASA Volunteer Guardian Ad Litem program. Additionally, she volunteers her time to assist youth at her Church.

As a proud member of the Spartanburg County Alumni Chapter of South Carolina State University, Ms. Foster assists with the Scholarship Committee, demonstrating her commitment to education and community upliftment. She is also an active member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Incorporated.

Outside her legal pursuits, Ms. Foster finds solace in attending services at New Day Baptist Church, where she actively participates.  She is a loving mother to her daughter Tori Jae, Ms. Foster. She cherishes moments with her family, indulges in shopping, and enjoys singing in her spare time.
